Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all junk removal, hauling, and related services provided by Rogue Hauling, a DBA of Underground Ventures LLC. By scheduling or accepting service, you agree to the following.

1. Services

Rogue Hauling provides on-site junk removal, haul-away, and load-and-go services in the Bend, Oregon area. The scope of each job is agreed upon at the time of booking or on-site estimate. We reserve the right to decline any items we cannot safely or legally transport.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on volume, item type, and labor involved. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Same-day or rush bookings may carry an additional fee. Payment is due upon job completion.

3. Payment

We accept cash, card, and electronic payment. No job leaves unpaid. If payment cannot be completed at the time of service, we will not release removed items and may pursue collection.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at any time before our crew arrives on-site. If we arrive and the job cannot proceed due to access issues, changed scope, or other circumstances on your end, a trip fee may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

All items for removal are yours to dispose of, or you have permission from the owner.
We have safe and clear access to the items and the property.
You have disclosed any hazardous materials before we arrive.

6. Items We Cannot Accept

We do not haul hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, paint, propane tanks, or any materials prohibited by Oregon disposal regulations. If undisclosed hazardous items are discovered on-site, we may cancel the job without refund of any fees already incurred.

7. Property Damage

We take care on every job. Rogue Hauling carries general liability insurance. If damage occurs as a direct result of our work, report it to us within 24 hours and we will address it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage to areas outside the agreed scope of work.

8. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Services are provided as-is based on site conditions at the time of the job.

9. Abandoned or Disputed Items

Once items are loaded and removed, they are considered abandoned and will be disposed of or donated. We do not return items after a completed job.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in Deschutes County.
